Editorial Policy

Our Standards

GameAnimeTech operates on a few straightforward principles. We write about stuff we actually care about, we’re honest about products and games (even when companies send us free copies), and we respect our readers’ time by cutting through the noise.

How We Handle Reviews

When we review games, anime, or tech products, here’s what you can expect:

Review copies and products: Sometimes, companies send us games to check out. This doesn’t change our opinions – if something’s disappointing, we’ll say so. We always disclose when we’ve received something for free.

Affiliate links: Some of our links earn us a small commission if you buy something. These are clearly marked, and we only recommend stuff we’d actually use ourselves. The commission doesn’t influence our recommendations.

Scoring: We don’t use arbitrary number scales because they’re pretty meaningless. Instead, we tell you whether something’s worth your time and money, and why.

Corrections and Updates

We mess up sometimes. When we do, we fix it quickly and note what changed. If you spot an error, contact us at contact@gameanimetech.com.

For ongoing games, anime series, or evolving tech stories, we update articles with new information rather than publishing countless follow-ups. Major updates get noted at the top of articles.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t publish sponsored content disguised as articles. If a company pays for something, it’s clearly labeled as advertising.

We don’t chase every single rumor or leak. If we can’t verify something or it seems like obvious nonsense, we’ll skip it.

We won’t waste your time with filler content just to hit publishing quotas. Better to post one solid piece than three mediocre ones.

Our Writers

Our team includes both staff writers and regular contributors. Everyone writing for GameAnimeTech knows their subject matter and follows these same standards. We don’t publish generic content from people who’ve never touched a controller or watched anime.
