Finding all 10 vials in Fisch is required to complete the Nurse May quest during the Valentine’s Day event. These vials are hidden across different islands and can be tricky to locate if you don’t know where to look. This guide shows you exactly where each vial is located in Fisch so you can collect them all quickly to complete the Nurse NPC quest and unlock the Cerebra fishing rod.
All Vial Locations in Fisch Roblox
Each vial glows slightly, making it easier to spot once you get close. Visit these 10 locations in any order to collect all the vials.

Vial 1: Scoria Reach
Head to the volcano on Scoria Reach and begin climbing toward the peak. The climb gets difficult near the top, and you need to be careful not to slip off the edges. Once you reach the summit area, look around for the glowing vial sitting on the ground close to the highest point.
Vial 2: Mushgrove
Travel to Mushgrove island and navigate toward the rear section away from where most players gather. The vial is placed in a lower section behind the island, so explore the back areas thoroughly. You should spot it on the ground once you move past the main pathways.
Vial 3: Terrapin
When you arrive at Terrapin island, don’t head to the cultist cave that most players know about. Instead, walk to the completely opposite side of the island where a different cave entrance exists. The vial sits near the opening of this alternate cave.
Vial 4: Ancient Isle
Make your way to Ancient Isle and start climbing upward to the island’s tallest section. Once you reach the top, look for the large crane structure that’s visible from various angles. The vial is positioned right beside this crane, making it fairly easy to spot once you’re at the correct elevation.
Vial 5: Snowcap
Go to Snowcap island and move toward the back regions of the area. Search for a small cave opening that might be easy to miss if you’re not paying attention. Enter this cave and walk toward the interior where you’ll find a lost rod location. The vial glows in the back section of this cave.
Vial 6: Roslit Bay
Travel to Roslit Bay and locate the ogre NPC. The vial is placed very close to where this ogre character stands, so you won’t need to search far once you find the NPC.
Vial 7: Grand Reef
Head to Grand Reef and look for the large pirate ship that sits in the water. Board this ship and walk toward the steering wheel area at the front. The vial sits right next to the wheel, making it one of the easier vials to collect.
Vial 8: Forsaken Shores
When you reach Forsaken Shores, start climbing the mountain that dominates the landscape. Continue upward until you reach the very peak of this mountain. The vial glows brightly at the summit, and you should be able to see it from a short distance once you get close to the top.
Vial 9: Lost Jungle
Navigate to Lost Jungle and work your way toward the back portions of the island. The vial is located in the rear section, though sometimes the interaction prompt doesn’t appear immediately. If you can’t pick it up right away, shift your character’s position left or right until the option to collect it shows up.
Vial 10: Castaway Cliffs
The final vial is at Castaway Cliffs. Climb the hill that rises above the rest of the terrain until you reach the top. The vial waits at the peak of this hill, completing your collection once you grab it.
Why Do You Need Vials in Fisch
The vials are part of Nurse May’s quest at Sweetheart Shores during the Valentine’s Day event. Collecting all 10 vials is the first step in unlocking the Cerebra fishing rod, which is only available for a limited time. After you bring all 10 vials back to Nurse May, she gives you a second task where you need to catch specific Valentine’s fish. Completing both parts of the quest rewards you with the Cerebra rod, which has unique stats and a special syringe design with a stabbing animation.
Without collecting these vials, you cannot progress through the quest or obtain the limited-time rod. The vials don’t serve any other purpose in the game besides this specific quest, so if you want the Cerebra rod, gathering all 10 vials is mandatory. Since the Valentine’s event only lasts 7 days, you need to collect the vials quickly before the event ends and the quest disappears.
